Distribution:  Central Pacific: Manus and North Fiji basins and East-Pacific Ridge.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Opportunistic. Lives on different biotopes, e.g., gastropod and mussel beds, barnacle fields, rock cracks. Has the ability to switch between suspension- and deposit-feeding (Ref. 474).
