Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 0 - 23 m
Distribution:  Southeast Pacific: Endemic to Easter Island.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found on hard bottoms from shore to a depth of 23 m. Uses the gastropod shells of Coralliophilan violacea, Nerite sp., Planaxis akuana and Strombus maculatus (Ref. 88738). Also found in inshore flats (Ref. 2898).
