Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range - 4 m
Distribution:  Western and Eastern Central Pacific: Hong Kong, Pitcairn and French Polynesia.
Diagnosis:  Shell is cylindrical, gently curved, and expanded behind the aperture. Shell surface is smooth, with fine transverse growth lines. Septum is an irregular dome and has a rough texture.
Biology:  Found on course sand with shells, gravel, and pebbles (Ref. 125681).
