Environment:  sessile; marine; depth range 0 - 10 m
Distribution:  Southern Ocean.
Biology:  It grows on various substrates, particularly on other bryozoans (Ref. 87801). Members of the phylum Bryozoa are hermaphroditic. Both fertilization and egg brooding may either be internal or external (Ref. 833).
