Environment:  sessile; marine; depth range 0 - 285 m
Distribution:  Antarctic.
Diagnosis:  The zooids are .4 to .5 cm long.
Biology:  Minimum depth from Ref. 3435. Found in soft bottoms at depths of 25 to 30 m and on moraine deposits at depths of 20 to 30 m (Ref. 1753), and from depths of 0 to 200 m (Ref. 3435).
