Biology: |
The species was not observed in depths more than 50 meters (Ref. 128830). Maximum size is based from original description reference that studied 10 adult males and 18 adult females; to be replaced with a better reference. It inhabits offshore waters, estuaries, tidal waters and is usually found in soft sand and muddy bottom substrates at mostly at depths of 2 to 22 meters, but below 50 meters in depth (Ref. 128830). |
