Remarks Found on Laminaria holdfasts, Cellaria and rocks (Ref. 1442). Known to be found in infralittoral of the Gulf and estuary (Ref. 87872). Diet is composed of small microorganisms, including diatoms and other unicellular algae (Ref. 87872). This is a suspension feeder (Ref. 3477).
