Remarks Data from reference was extracted using WebPlotDigitizer. The quantitative value is the average of reported density values of Aethia cristatella during the research cruises throughout the study period, from August 12 to August 30 and September 4 to October 17, during open water season. The seabird survey was conducted following survey lines aligned from north to south spaced 2 NM apart. During this year, Bering Sea Water, which contained larger oceanic zooplankton, extended over all the study areas. Because of this, Aethia cristatella became as common or more common in Burger study area than in Klondike study area (Ref 118567).
