Remarks Samples were collected with double ring nets that were hauled vertically over the entire water column within 3-5 m of the seafloor to the surface, which had an average depth of 40-50m. Abundance of Pseudocalanus mimus showed a high positive correlation to surface temperature and salinity. It is described as near absent in the Chukchi Sea due to unfavorable water temperatures (Ref 118525).
